Accommodations for ECLIPSE 2006

Rooms have been reserved at the Belconti Hotel in Antalya, Turkey.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations, and should contact the hotel directly to make a reservation.
Identify yourself as attending the "CMS Integration & Physics Simulation Workshop" when making your reservation.
Deadline: Reservations must be made by December 16, 2005.
Sending the registration form does not guarantee you a room. For your information, there will be a small registration fee of 30$ per person payable upon arrival in cash to cover the incidental expenses (xeroxing, unseen expenses during the meeting, etc.), since we do not have any funds to cover such expenses. Tentatively, hotel rate for the conference will be
Single: 45 Euros per day
Double: 30 Euros per day per person
Triple: 27 Euros per day per person

(You may still register and try to make a room reservation after the deadline. However, we can not guarantee a room.)
Having registered does not automatically guarantee a room at the hotel. You should make a reservation through the hotel's web page according to your preferences. Please click on the Bel Conti Hotel and then from the menu, click on the Booking. This will take you to the reservation request page. You should enter all the requested information there and to the "comments" you should enter CMSECLIPSE06 to identify yourself so that the hotel will give you the agreed rate. The hotel will be sending you a confirmation about your reservation and charge your credit card for the 40% of the estimated total.
