CMS Integration & Physics Simulation Workshop will be held from March 28 to March 31 2006 in Antalya, Turkey

Hotel Reservations should be made before the same date, December 16, 2005.

You should register before December 16, 2005 so that we can get the hotel to have enough rooms available for the conference. You will be making your own hotel reservation through the hotel web page. The information we request in the registration form is for information and also verification purposes only. With the information you will be providing, we will try to minimize possible errors in accommodation.

Sending the registration form does not guarantee you a room. For your information, there will be a small registration fee of 30$ per person payable upon arrival in cash to cover the incidental expenses (xeroxing, unseen expenses during the meeting, etc.), since we do not have any funds to cover such expenses. Tentatively, hotel rate for the conference will be

Single: 45 Euros per day
Double: 30 Euros per day per person
Triple: 27 Euros per day per person
Please follow the instructions in the accommodation page about hotel reservation.
(You may still register and try to make a room reservation after the deadline. However, we can not guarantee a room.)
